We have developed a new induction training process for TrustEd Governors. This means our governors are confident and knowledgeable from the start.
We also provide training across the year for all governors as twilights. These sessions are recorded for all governors to refer to if they wish. Topics range form How to be Link Governor, to specialist areas such as attendance and governance.
Governors training is coordinated for everyone through our handy SharePoint Portal.
Further to this all governors have access to The Key (a professional on -line reference library) which also has training modules. Most recently we have added National College Training to our resources for governors.
