At TrustEd we have a growing set of professional networks. We have developed the networks following discussions with leaders in each of our schools. The networks are led by trust executives or expert colleagues from within our schools.
Headteacher meetings
We know that good communication between the central team and our trust schools is vital. We meet with headteachers as a group on TEAMS every fortnight. We meet face-to-face at least once per term. During these meetings we share the latest trust updates, discuss new information that comes in from, for example, the Department for Education or OFSTED and we encourage headteachers to add their own items to the agenda.
EYFS network
The EYFS network meets once every term. The focus includes sharing good practice, Department for Education updates and moderation. Practitioners from each school can visit other schools both within the trust and external.
Primary English leaders network
This group has a representative from each primary school. The focus of the work is on reading, writing and literacy across the curriculum. The leaders from this group also facilitate writing moderation in.
